About Empowerment Coaching:
Is Empowerment Coaching different than Life Coaching?

Trees

Life “Empowerment” Coaching is based on elevating the “Emotional Intelligence” of a person. This concept offers a more in- depth coaching practice than “life”coaching since the goal is to determine where the client is resonating emotionally and where they need to be.

Life coaching, based on trust, provides help with setting goals and motivation to help a client that may feel stuck. "Empowerment” coaching is also based on trust, but needs to form a closer more intimate relationship with her client when dealing with the emotions of the individual. An empowerment coach will shift the attitudes of the person so that their decisions and choices in life are made not only with their emotions but will be in balance with their mind. Empowerment; being able to make the right decisions in life... Most importantly, the individual will be able to identify and choose healthier relationships whether it be a partner, marriage, family, children or even a co-worker.

“Empowerment” coaching will provide an impactful change in your “emotional” life along with a balance in your mind, body and spirt. You will experience hope, clarity, & confidence... and get “empowered.”

WHAT is the difference between COACHING and THERAPY?

Therapy sessions treat individuals that have a deeper underlying issue. The individual could require medication, controlled sessions, and charted results. Therapy involves going back into the past life of the individual and the therapy can last for many months or years.

Empowerment Coaching works with the “emotional state” of the client. By elevating your emotions to a more balanced healthier state, you will be able to make the right choices in your life that can lead to better relationships..

The “Me Too” movement is real and will continue to grow as women realize the importance of self-determination and the importance “gender” equality.

Emotional intelligence is commonly defined by four attributes:

Self-management – You’re able to control impulsive feelings and behaviors, manage your emotions in healthy ways, take initiative, follow through on commitments, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Self-awareness – You recognize your own emotions and how they affect your thoughts and behavior. You know your strengths and weaknesses, and have self-confidence.

Social awareness – You have empathy. You can understand the emotions, needs, and concerns of other people, pick up on emotional cues, feel comfortable socially, and recognize the power dynamics in a group or organization.

Relationship management – You know how to develop and maintain good relationships, communicate clearly, inspire and influence others, work well in a team, and manage conflict.
